No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy’s products. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. Family Owned Since 1987: After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Amy’s Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs. So here it is for you to eat and enjoy - a delicious, gluten free dish and another reminder that at Amy’s, free from gluten does not mean free from flavor. One day Irene gave some to Andy, who loved it and thought Amy’s customers would as well. Gluten free options, vegan options, dairy free options, soy free options, tree nut free options, corn free options, majority of foods are certified kosher, non-GMO. It is made with organic rice pasta, tomatoes and beans. So it was only natural for her to mix a few spoonfuls of Amy’s Chili with our Mac & Cheese at lunchtime. This is a taste test/review of the Amy’s Bowls in the new Chili Mac flavor. Irene, who works at our Medford plant, has fond memories of chili mac for school lunch on freezing cold Michigan days.
